URGENT MESSAGE TO QLD CLUB MEMBERS
MEMBERSHIP CARDS
Yachting Australia will commence processing your membership cards for the coming year on the 1st September.
You need to ensure your details are correctly recorded in the data base. This is your record of club membership, contact details, along with sailing, training and officiating qualifications held within Australia, they all need to be correct.
To check if your details are correctly recorded log on to http://www.qld.yachting.org.au click on “My Sailor” enter your member ID number which is the membership number on your existing silver card and password previously supplied. If you don’t remember the password follow the prompts. Your Club is able to supply you with the YA number also.
New this year:
GOLD CARD – Recognising all Officials
• Gold Card – issued exactly as the existing silver card to all Club Officials and Yachting Australia Qualified Officials (Instructor, Coach, Race Officer etc)
• Silver Card – remains as is and issued to anyone who boats or votes at a member club and includes the personal accident insurance.
Please take the time to check your details are recorded correctly for the coming year’s sailing, reprinting of cards costs money.
