Youth Sail Keppel Bay 2009 is now only 3 weeks away.
Youth Sail Keppel Bay 2009 is a 6 day program including 3 days of quality coaching from the 22nd – 24th September, and the O’Reilly Real Estate State Youth Championships that will run from Friday 25th – Sunday 27th September on the beautiful waters of Keppel Bay.
The event is expected to attract a large fleet of boats that will include Laser radial, Laser 4.7, 420, 29er, Sabot, Optimist, Hobie 16 and Sailboards as well as many other classes of boat sailed by Youth in Queensland.
The event will kick off with 3 days of elite level coaching, coaches for the event include Queensland’s high performance coach Adrian Finglas, and one of Australia’s best multihull coaches Traks Gordon, as well as Yachting Queensland coaches Ben Callard and Ken Hurling and local coaches from Keppel Bay Sailing Club.
The O’Reilly Real Estate State Youth Championships will be a 10 race series over 3 days to decide the best Youth sailors in Queensland.
