Attached is the NoR for the IFDS International Blind Match Racing Championships, to be held in Perth in March 2011. Please circulate this to any blind sailors / sailing groups that you may have in your region. Some may have this already, but better twice than not at all.
I am the coach of the Perth team led by Kylie Forth. If we can assist any (Potentially) interested parties, she and/or I will do as much as we can to support other teams getting here.
