Seeking Partners to help educate our youth

Monday, June 6th, 2011

Here at Save Our Seas we have been extremely busy of late.  We have developed a primary school lessons program which we have been trialing in 28 schools across Australia.  It has received fantastic feedback from teachers saying that students are loving learning about the animals and creatures in the oceans and how they can look after them.  These lessons are free of charge to all schools and are available at our new website at www.SaveOurSeasInt.org

Such is the success that we are now wanting to take this program one step further and that involves travelling the country to present the first lesson to schools in person.  We are seeking partners to help cover the cost of the travel so I am asking that if you are in a position to help support our campaign, or know people who may be, than please take a look at the attached flyer.  Feel free to forward it to people you feel may be interested in supporting our campaign.  We are trying to raise a minimum of $50,000 to cover the costs of travel.

We really want to get this message to as many young people across our nation as possible however funding a trip like this is key to making it happen.  If you can’t support the campaign as a partner, then consider becoming a member.  We now have memberships from as little as $5 with all funds going towards educating our youth.

Thank you for your time and I hope you will find our cause worthy of supporting.
